Marlon’s journey into family formation began nearly a decade ago, fueled by a fascination with assisted reproductive technologies (ART). With a career spanning pioneering infertility therapies at fertility medtech companies such as OvaScience, Femasys, and leading over 180 surrogacy journeys with prestigious organizations like Growing Generations (aquired by Circle Surrogacy, a Northstar Group), Marlon brings unparalleled expertise to the table. As a fertility coach, he leverages data analytics and deep industry knowledge to advocate for Latinos and underrepresented communities. For Marlon, family is the cornerstone of a better world.

When Jonathan and Marlon decided to start their family, they faced the harsh reality of the surrogacy industry: high demand and low accessibility. Jonathan decided to turn this challenge into a mission. Using his creative professional skills, he co-founded The American Stork to bridge the gap between hopeful families and surrogates. He is dedicated to educating and empowering the community, ensuring that the dream of parenthood is achievable for those with a vision and a heart for family.
